Mackenzi is the voice you hear when calling the Columbia office and the first friendly face visitors see when they walk through the door. Dedicated and compassionate, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for everyone she encounters. With a genuine passion for helping others, she brings organization, positivity, and a strong work ethic to her role each day.

She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of the Cumberlands, furthering her knowledge and skills to support her passion for working with and serving others. Mackenzi values meaningful connections and strives to make every person feel heard, respected, and welcomed.

Outside of work, Mackenzi enjoys spending time with the people she loves, traveling, photography, and finding any opportunity to be near the beach.
