Heather Wheeler serves as the Office Director of the Columbia office and also provides Targeted Case Management services. She joined Bluegrass in 2019 and brings 25 years of experience in case management to her role. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Lindsey Wilson College and is passionate about supporting individuals and families, advocating for client needs, and providing leadership and guidance to her team.
