Caitlyn, Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Campbellsville University. She specializes in working with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, emotional and behavioral regulation, self-esteem challenges, and identity development.

Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Experiential models, Caitlyn incorporates CBT, narrative, play, and expressive arts—including visual art, play, and movement—into her practice. She tailors sessions to each client's unique interests, creating a collaborative space where clients can express themselves beyond traditional talk therapy. In her work with families, Caitlyn helps parents understand their child’s internal world, shift negative communication patterns, and build system-wide strategies for emotional regulation and problem-solving.
